How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are shipped within 2 business days of receipt. Upon shipping, you will be notified via email.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, orders are not shipped internationally.
Are returns or exchanges accepted?
There are no returns or exchanges for custom made items. However, I am very liberal, and my customers’ satisfaction is very important to me. Therefore, we can work together to come to a resolution. Returns are only accepted within a 14 day window. 14 days from the date of purchase. Upon return, items we be dissembled and sanitized for future purchases.
What happens if it breaks.
Things happen so there is a complimentary repair the 1st time. Please feel free to contact me with ongoing issues. We pride ourselves on ISSUE RESOLUTION and CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
How do I know which size is the right size to order?
By simply measuring your wrist. Measuring your wrist Is simple. You can use the “dollar bill method,” or a tape measure. The dollar bill method entails wrapping a dollar bill around our wrist. If the ends of the bill touch, then you would be considered a small-medium sized wrist. The average wrist size is 7.5 inches. Should you want your bracelet to not fit as exact as the measurements for your wrist, you can add to the measurements. Rule of thumb for adding: no more than an inch. What’s the strategy behind the creations?
Depends on the piece. If I am striving for strictly classy, elegant and opulent design then the piece will be just that(straight to the point). Most often times I am striving for class, elegance with a maximum dose of eclectic. My mission is to create items that you never knew you needed or envisioned until you come across my designs. Every piece is designed to be a STATEMENT whether they are plain or eclectic. Sometimes, it’s strictly gemstones. However, often times it’s the perfect marriage mix of gemstones and polymer clay pieces that are handmade by me.
Can designs be recreated?
Yes, all gemstone items can be recreated. For the designs including polymer clay, it depends on how intricate and complex they are. Working with varying colors of clay within 1 piece is tricky and with one turn, the design of the clay can be manipulated instantaneously. Should you desire the recreation of a custom piece, please feel free to contact me via text message or email. I will tr the best I can to recreate but I cannot make any promises. I will contact you with the end result beforehand for your approval.
Do you take custom orders?
Absolutely. Custom-order away me please. I love the challenge and the trust of my customers to bring a vision of theirs to life. You vision could possibly become a staple, on my site, with your permission of course. To place custom orders, please contact me with any supporting information ie: your wrist size, pictures, colors, shapes that you have in mind. Once I have received the information and pricing is set, a 20% deposit will be required to start the process. You will be updated during the process.
Can I submit designs or inspire a design?
Please do. I welcome the challenge and the support of my customers. Should your design be outside of my scope, I will advise so. Every week I strive to learn a new strategy in regards to working with polymer clay, so I can assure you that it won’t be outside of my scope for long.
How accessible is the designer and customer service?
The designer is also your customer service advocate. She, me, her are all very accessible. Please, do not hesitate to contact me via email or text regarding any questions or concerns. All contact information is listed on the contact page.
What do I do if I never received my order?
Please contact me as soon as possible. I will contact the shipping company for an update and keep you abreast of the status. Should it be found that your package was stolen, I have no qualms with providing a replacement. If this is a custom design or a design that contains any form of polymer clay, please allow for a 14 - 21 day turnaround.
How do I make changes to an existing order?
Contact me either via email or text with your order no and a detailed description of what exactly you are trying to remedy. If the order has not been shipped out, Yes, changes can be made. If there are additional applicable charges, a invoice will be sent reflecting the balance and upon receipt, the order will be shipped.
If the order has already shipped, you can opt to wait for the package to arrive and opt delivery. Once the package has been received back to us, the items that you have requested, will be shipped.
