Men's Sizes:**
- Small: 6.5 inches (16.5 cm)
- Medium: 7.5 inches (19 cm)
- Large: 8.5 inches (21.5 cm)
- Extra Large: 9.5 inches (24 cm)
**Women's Sizes:**
- Small: 6.0 inches (15.2 cm)
- Medium: 6.5 inches (16.5 cm)
- Large: 7.0 inches (17.8 cm)
- Extra Large: 7.5 inches (19 cm)

How to Measure Your Wrist:
To find your wrist size, simply use a soft measuring tape. Wrap it around your wrist where you typically wear your bracelet. Make sure it’s snug but not too tight, and take note of the measurement. If you don’t have a measuring tape, you can also use a piece of string, mark where it overlaps, and then measure the string with a ruler.
